I had such an amazing experience, we went in at 5 a.m. to get checked in they hooked me up and got my IV going apparently it was a good thing we when doing it that day because i was having contractions, we sat for an hour and a half getting antibiotics and preparing for the c-section, they took me back got me on the table and told me to hold the pillow, they told me i was not taking the numbing shots so i ended up getting twice a many to get the spinal block in without it hurting. i layed down and shawn came in and they started, as they went to pull her out he found her feet not her head so it was a good thing she came c-section. they where closing me up and my nausea hit hard he pumped the meds in fast but it didnt hit fast enough even after it was over i could not wait to hold her in my arms she was so amazing i decided to attempt nursing again and everything has been so easy it has made an amazing difference to start nursing right away and not have to pump and switch to nursing after the NICU. everything has been so easy she is such a good baby she only crys when she is hungry or wants to cuddle, she eats every three hours and is awake most the day. jacy is an amazing big sister and always want to help when she crys and wants to hold her all the time. shawn has been so amazing helping with all the house work and getting up every time she crys to help me sit up and hand her to me. my family has been so great to watch jacy and help me with her because i cant pick her up yet im doing great almost back to normal getting ready for my gallbladder surgery next everyone says it will be so easy compared to a c-section.
